[Resolved] Fortis Healthcare — poor service and response

One of the worst hospital i have ever seen. First came to reception with emergency condition, they took about 20 minutes to attend, after complaining loudly they attended. later we insisted for admission. They were not taking anything seriously. after admission, we called nurse for attending patient after completing the drips. we went to nursing room personally later they came. there was no sonography facility, there was no one to tread kidney stone problems. They were asking about the fees and payments instead of concentrating on treatment.
