[Resolved] Fortis Healthcare — Refund | |||||
I was admitted in fortis hiranandani hospital vashi mumbai. At the time of admittance i deposited the security money. I discharged on 18 june 2016. They promised me to refund the amount within 30-45 days. Since 2nd of august 2016, i have been taking follow up for my refund and they people are making fool of me by saying that amount will be refunded within 2-3 days. Very pathetic. First of all the customer care number is mostly busy. If they take call (Fortunately) they will transfer your call to refund department and none is going to attend your call. While doing treatment they will not wait for even a single penny and at the time of refund, just delaying. I don't know whether the management/admin are aware of these incidents or not or they are promoting these incidents. Crooks. Was this information helpful? | |||||
