Fortis Healthcare — refund o[censored]nfair opd fee

I, an opd patient of fortis hospital (Fortis fit ranjan shall hospital, sector b, pocket 1, aruna asaf ali marg, vasant kunj, new delhi 110070) have been forced to pay rs 900 for a follow-up consultation on 30th october 2017 where it should have been waived as it is well within my rights as i paid rs 900 on 23rd october 2017. My eye surgeon dr jyoti puri and her key admin staff member kavita did confirm that patient is eligible for one free follow up consultation within next seven days of the first visit. The billing desk seems to have another story of its own, something they seem to have as go along with the customers. I would seek a refund of this rs 900. Yours faithfully, sarat c dasmobile.
