[Resolved] Fortis Healthcare — UHID[protected] Requesting detailed break-up of CABG charges
I have sent an email to hospital staff for the detailed break-up of the CABG bill as requested by my Insurance company.
The first email was sent on 8th March, 21 with the subject line, "UHID[protected] Requesting detailed break-up of CABG charges" however, they kept forwarding my email from one department to another.
The email is eventually redirected to Pooja Chug of however, she neither responding to the email nor acknowledging it. May be she is not the right person but at least she could help me to forward my queries to other department as other staff did.
This just shows how professional Fortis staffs are. I got my father's angiography done by Jupiter hospital and they were very quick to respond on anything I requested however, Fortis need to scale up their customer service experience they have really good doctors but the staffs and administration are dissapointing.
