[Resolved] Fortis Healthcare — very poor hygiene standards and very unprofessional | |||
Firstly, people at the counselling desk are very unprofessional. They give you incorrect information. Officials sitting at the counselling desk are busy chit chatting with other colleagues and on phone with family members. Secondly, my mother's surgery is scheduled for tomorrow. Sister took all the samples in the evening. At around 2300hrs a sister came for taking the blood sample for cbc. When asked, she said the other sister didn't send the previous sample for cbc test. What rubbish is that. Thirdly, the beddings provided for the attendant are so damn dirty that it might infact cause an illness to the otherwise fit attendant. The bedsheets were stained and dirty. There were hair all over the pillow and bedsheets that were provided to us. The thermoflask is broken. There is dust in the room. Some unusual appliances are lying around the corner as if its a dumpster. Was this information helpful? | |||
