FPL Hyundai — vehicle scratched during pick/drop facility | |||
We have taken delivery of grand i10 nios on 24th sep 2019 from fpl hyundai ltd in gst road, chrompet, chennai. We have been called number of times from the service team for first service. We finally handed over the car for first service on 01st nov 2019 and we opted for a free home pick up and drop. One mr miller came for pick of the vehicle after which i have started to my work and we also informed to drop the vehicle after service at our drop step and hand over the keys to the neighbor as we would still be at work. After returning from work we were able to see multiple scratches to the vehicle on the driver side doors. Looks like there is no care taken to the vehicle during the service or pick / drop. And the service is speaking in such a way to pass the blame on us. Was this information helpful? | |||
