Please do not use this service. They are the worst courier service present in our country today. They are highly incompetent and work slower than regular Indian POST (not speed post, speed post is far better). Their tracking is also useless. I have given complaints and also spoken but the only thing they say is - "it will reach today". Its best to use other service instead of this stupid courier service.
