Chennai customer care is not giveing correct communication to customer. Entire french express team is is useless they cannot find it one local courier where it has been misplaced till bangalore it's has been reached in 28th aug 2017 after that from last wk we are tring to call them but courier people not picking the customer call then why did they keep customer service i think it's waste for french courier people
On 26th aug 2017 we have sent a local courier from madurai it reached on 28th aug 2017 from that day till now we did not receive the courier after regular fallow up now they come to know that courier is misplaced such late reaction from customer care now they r building new stories and fooling customers this is too bad service from french express team
In bangalore team i have contacted
Akbar manager
Prabhu and including chennai customer care also but there is no use
Akbar manager one r two days he was picking the call after that he come to know that courier has been misplaced as on date 5thsep2017 i called to akbar no but some lady staff took and ask me tracking no and last she told me it's has been misplaced this is toobad service of french express
