Franch Express Courier — Goods not delivered which is booked | |||
We had booked a courier service on 2/12/16, AWBNO-[protected] through franch express courier Erode branch, Which was showing in their website for quite long time with status of out for delivery. But never delivered till date even after continuous tracking(More than 50 calls has been made to their various office). Later its been communicated to us that it has been damaged. Even the damaged good is not yet delivered yet (It is worth of Rs 500+). There is no response from booking office. They are not picking our calls and giving excuses that they can not do anything further. They are not even willing to give back our courier fee of Rs 70/-. the courier was delivered to wrong address and not properly answered by the office in coimbatore.
this was the second time the mistake made by your company.
