This is manikandan from jayaselva electronics, i am doing 5 years business with franch express courier, on 25.11.2017 we booked a courier to mumbai docket no:[protected] till date not delivered no response from the following phone numbers [protected], [protected] & [protected] very worst response and very worst behaviour of customer care executives in chennai, without information putting our call hold, have u heard the call holding ringtone of chennai office it is irritating, totally upset and we faced 2 lakhs loss because of courier not delivered before month end, i need proper reply else i will file a consumer case and i need compensation of 2, 00, 000 which i lose by your worst business dealing, is this proper response for your 5yrs regular customer Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have Couriered HDFC closure form through your service Consignment number: [protected]. I need to know status of delivery.
This happen in krishnagiri office, They not delivered in time, I go and collect my courier. They not giving any respect to costumer, thus worst service i ever seen like this. They won't call it's self.

Even after paid the amount of 1100 they are not deliver the courier.They call me to pickup it in hub itself.What is the reason of paying amount.The staff called me and simply said they will not deliver.
