[Resolved]  Frankfinn Institute Of Air Hostess Training — not refunding full registration fees rs 15000

I did my registration on 21april2018 in dehradun branch but i could not pay further bcoz of my mother health problem which brings financial problem so i quit this course and i went to the office 4days later of registration nd i said i want my registration full fee i. E 15000 nd they just said to return 9300 after 4 months..
I warning to return my full fees other wise i will complain in consumer court..
