[Resolved]  Frankfinn Institute Of Air Hostess Training — Rude management behaviour toward students

Respect Sir/Maam,

I'm a student of Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training
Branch, Address: C-12, 2nd Floor, Vishal Enclave,
Opposite Metro pillar No.414, Block C,
Rajouri Garden, New Delhi, Delhi 110027

and I'm hiding all my personal details!

So Frankfinn Institute me Ek Com SHRUTI Maam hai vo hamesha arrogant way me baat karti hai Good morning, good afternoon tak ka toh koi reply bhi nahi aata even kabhi unse !

haar students se chilla kar baat karni hai unhe!
ek percent bhi polite, humble wala nature nahi hai unke aandar !

and abhi ek jo ek recent incident hua mere sath vo ye hai ki,
hamari class 8 to 10AM Hoti hai morning me,
jaise hi hamari class finish hui toh hum niche basement parking me aake khade ho gye the,
kyu mere kuch friends uupar changing room me change kar rahe the!

Point to be noted ki,
Jab tak me vaha khada tha mostly bacche basement se ja chuke the !
15/20 minute baad security guard ne bola ki,
beta aap na building se bahar khade ho jao vaha uupar maam humko bolne lagti to maine bola ki,
sir abhi ja rahe hai bas ek do friend aa rahe hai uupar se change karke,

toh fir 2 minute baad bola unhone ki beta,
aap chale jao vo uupar se mujhe phone kar denge,
Ki bacche kyu khade hai abhi tak,
to humne pucha ki uupar se konsi maam ya sir bolti hai aapko ki,
bacche thodi der niche basement me khade nahi ho sakta,

toh vo bole ki beta chalo me aaki uupar maam se baat karva deta hu agar,
vo agree kar denge toh mujhe koi dikkat nahi hai...
and my entire converstaion with security is very poliet and humble !

Toh maine unse bol diya ki chalo me maam se bol deta hu ki maam ek friend aa raha hai hum chale jaayenge abhi !

and as soon Security take me to the shruti maam,
and security guard wale bhaiya ne bataya ki maam ye,
student niche khada hai kaafi der se !

un maam ne ek kuch nahi dekha vahi aapne cabin me baith kar,
chillane lage mere uupar
ki kyu khade ho tum vaha niche,
Jao abhi niklo building se bahar jao dhup me khade ho lekin building me nahi,
khade nahi hoge abhi bahar niklo
kisse puche ke khade ho itni der tak
class khatam ho gyi toh jaate kyu nahi ho,
kis batch ke ho naam batao!

Toh Humne ma’am se bola ki ma’am ek friend ka wait kar rahe bas bakki,
hum waha niche khade hokar karenge bhi kya,
zahir si baat hai maam, ki class khatam hone ke koi kyu hi rukega vaha jab koi kaam hi nahi hai toh…?

sabko pata hai ki Frankfinn ki RAJORI Garden wali branch,
ki building or basement kitni baadi hai…!
or us ek particular time MAX TO MAX Basement me 8/10 Students bhi mushkil se honge Aap CCTV Camera's check karva sakte ho !

toh humne ma’am se bola ki ma’am,
ye toh aap galat bol rahe ho ki matlab jab hum admission kar vane aate hai tab bhi aap acche se baat nahi karte ho or ab aap aise zor zor se bol rahe ho
Atleast thoda toh politelybaat kariye!

toh unhone bola ki beta jao complain kardo [protected]@frankfinn me jake!
matlab kuch darr nai kisi bhi chezz ka,
atleast ye toh dekho ki aapni position kya hai,
aise baat karoge students se aap!

nahi matlab theek hai student hai toh kuch bhi kaise hi bol do chilla ke,
me Head hu mere khilaf kon hi complain karega haina !!!

matlab aapni ya meri galti manne wali baat nahi hai !
atleast politely to baat karo

vaise Frankfinn institue aapne courses me
-Effective Communication Skills
-Personality Development
haar passenger se kaise aap hospitable tarike se beahve kar sakte
Aapka behave kaisa hona chaiye!

NO personal HATE BUT,
jaise module me baccho ko sikhata hai,
but i think ki baccho se zada Shruti maam ko sikhne ki zarurat hai...!!!

like theek hai,
jaha tak mujhe pata chala hai ki,
Even in ma’am ne ye tak bola hai baccho ko ki,
-Me tumhara admission cancel karva dunga,
-Me FIR kar va dungi tumhare khilaf,
- Or baaki class me aake haar bacche se bola jata hi ki FRANKFINN Ko 5 Star Rating do,
Matlab kya zabarzasti hai ye inki ki 5 star rating do?

like ye ATTICATES OR MANNERS aapke ??

matlab theek hai personally me ek average student hu but,
jo meri class me intelligent bacche bhi hai unke sath bhi kahi na kahi same beheviour rehta hai inka,

Gromming room me bhi jab koi new student aata hai ya dusre baatch ka toh vo bhi yahi baat karte ki bohat bohat zada rude hai ye maam!
Matlab ye chhez me FEB se sunte hue aa raha tha ki ye maam aisi hai,
But, kuch din pehle dekh bhi li khud ke sath !
agar is puri entire situation me hum kahi bhi galat hai to bataieee aap hi

i hope ki inn maam ko kisi or branch me shift kar diya jaaye,
because in a long run I’ll not be able to study with them,
Jaha student bas ek money machine ki Tarah treat hota hai,
admission hote hi tu kon or me kon + batamizzi se chaar baate suno alag !
Bina kisi galti ke

ek baat or agar aap un ma’am se ye puri cheez explain karne ko bolte ho,
Toh unko me ek dum strike ho jaunga unke mind me,

or mujhe regular classes lene me dikkat kar dengi vo +
certificate milne me mushkil kar dengi ye +
Placement bhi attend nahi karne denge ye MA’AM

i hope ki aap unko kahi or shift kar de or,
meri information confidential rakhe,

And To be very honest,
I will not recommend any of my cousins, friends, stranger even enemies to get admission in FRANKFINN INSTITUTE EVER!
MY WORST EXPERIENCE TILL NOW IN FACULTY!
