Free Recharge — money deducted from my bank account but mobile not recharged yet

On 30. June.2019 i have recharged my idea prepaid no. With rs.99 offer, and all process done with all aspect and money also deducted from bank account, but i have't get benefit and recharge my number. So please rectify my this problem immediately.
