Freecharge.in — 2G Recharge not done but money got deducted immediately!

sir, today i get online recharge through freecharge.in vodafone Rs.101 - 2g data plan . but their is no activation . its more than 5 hours. i also received a message form freecharge that it takes 2 hours to activate . kindly look into this.
