Freecharge.in — Amount deducted but not recharged

I recharged BSNL Mobile for Rs.40 on 23.02.2015 by using my SBI debit card. The amount was deducted from my bank account but not recharged. My user id is [protected]@gmail.com. My transaction id is FCVM[protected] and FCVM [protected].

I recharged Airtel Mobile for Rs.39 on 22.02.2015 by using my OBC debit card. The amount was deducted from my bank account but not recharged. My user id is [protected]@gmail.com. My transaction id is FCVW[protected].
yesterday night i have recharged from freecharge the amount was deducted but recharge was in pending stage. after 1 hr i got recharge msg from freecharge (ur account has been recharged succesfully). but it was not added to my account . i have checked in freecharge my transanctions it is showing Your transaction was successful.
this is my Order id : FCVW[protected]
