Updated by Ashutosh Dhiman Today i got a call in
morning 8:00 Am by a person (Call his name Pawan Kumar) by the no- [protected]
and told me that he is a representative from Frecharge
website side and told me that due to some technical issues mu amount not
refunded, so he refund my amount mannualy
and asking me about my Debit card detail.
I told him some details, than i got doubt
when he asking about my CVV no and Bank Security code or OTP password. So, i told him wrong OTP passwords. He tried
atleast 20-25 times and i tolds him wrong OPT passwords all times. Than
he cut his phone after saying that he calling after 10 minutes.
After 5 minutes i got transuction declined messages from Tata
Doccomo Bill Desk about transuction
declinations. Than my doubt confermed
that he is Fake caller. I called immediatly to bank and blocked
my debit card immideatly and complained abut that.
Than called the same fake no and told him
that I comaplained against him than he cut the phone. But still he trying
transections after ½ an hour. But I
already blocked my debit card.
After that when I tell him that I make a complain againes
him, he shocked or worried. After that again I received another fake call and he
also asking about that recharge failier and asking that I received any other
call before him regarding the same matter. That I told him that yes I received
a fake call and I complained for that no. than he ask me that no. when I hold
the phone to searching that no, he also cut the phone before knowing about the
no. It means he is also a fake caller or friend of previous caller to
confierming about that I make complain against him or not.
Please suggest me what can I do in that case?
