I had used Freecharge website to recharge my Airtel Mobile number on 27th Oct 2015. The transaction failed and I got credits in my free charge a/c. However when i retried to do the recharge, my credit was utilised, the transaction is still in process, its been more than 24 hours . I am getting no message whether the transaction is failed or successful because of which I cannot do another recharge . I emailed on companies customer care id to which I received a computer generated email with complaint number :"Ticket # 2334374", after a while I got a mail that they are assuming that the complaint is resolved . To which i replied and i got another complaint number "Ticket # 2336016". No action has been taken by them . Moreover they do not have a customer care number, which has caused more distress . I would like to go ahead with a case against the company if i do not receive my service . I hope this information is sufficient and i would get help from here.
