[Resolved]  FreeCharge — not refund my money

We did a payment of rs.7350 to ebay.in through free charge wallet on 4th of april 2018. Which was not done by free charge wallet to ebay.in.
When we complained, freecharge says that due to any issue payment not done.
We want our money refund but freecharge
Not refund my money. Their customer care executive not support us.
Please do action against freecharge wallet and please suggest me what i can do for my money.

I recharge Idea prepaid no.[protected] Rs.195/- by transaction no. FCVW[protected], Wed May 09 2018, 10:36:27 AM. Bank debited Rs.185/- but recharge should not complete. So please do needful

Recharge for my BSNL no. stuck in processing. Amount debited from wallet but transaction still processing. Raised a ticket. ID no. 2528156. ORDER ID: FCVW[protected]. No updates from customer care yet.

Almost two days later recharge is still processing.
