Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Payment not received against bank withdrawl

I transferred amount of INR 5000 from freecharge wallet to my bank account on Mon Jan 23 2017, 12:11:38 PM

My Bank Account Never Got Credited With The Amount, Although The Money Got Debited From Freecharge Wallet.

I Am Not Sure How Long Will It Take To Get Credited.

I have attached the screenshot of last mail I received from them.
I have no clue what so ever, why is it taking so much time there is no response from freecharge against the mail I sent them.
