I was paying rent but this is show processing and after some time failed the transaction or money not refunded. Today 26/09/2022 and I was paying 24/09/2022. 2 day complete but refund not received please help me

Updated by bishal402 Hello Sir, I did a transaction of 1993.6 on 24/09/2022 which failed so I have not received the refund till now. Please help me.
