[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Amount not refunded by freecharge despite taking multiple follow ups | |||||
I have been taking follow-ups with freecharge from last one month but unfortunately not able to find any solution after contacting [protected]@freecharge.com for multiple times (Ticket # 1265239) hence endup making online complaint. Case: i have done online purchase from shoppers stop on 20-jan-17 but due to some issue transaction was not completed. Transaction was done using freecharge. (See attachment) Shopper stop team said they have refunded amount in freecharge wallet. Shoppers stop reply — (Greetings from the shoppers stop team! We wish to inform you that we have processed the refund in your freecharge wallet of rs.848/- (Ref. #7gq5qie0shhfku_[protected]_1) & refund done in gift card of rs.1000/- (Gc #[protected]) against your returned products.) Kindly do the needful to get money refunded in my freecharge wallet or credit card payment mechanism. Was this information helpful? | |||||
