[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Amount not refunded by freecharge despite taking multiple follow ups

I have been taking follow-ups with freecharge from last one month but unfortunately not able to find any solution after contacting [protected]@freecharge.com for multiple times (Ticket # 1265239) hence endup making online complaint.

Case: i have done online purchase from shoppers stop on 20-jan-17 but due to some issue transaction was not completed. Transaction was done using freecharge. (See attachment)
Shopper stop team said they have refunded amount in freecharge wallet.

Kindly do the needful to get money refunded in my freecharge wallet or credit card payment mechanism.
