I made an electricity bill payment of 1110 on 31/08/18, with reference no. Frc[protected], i received an email & massage from freecharge that my bill has been paid, but when i have checked it on other payment app & also on service provider's bses rajdhani website my bill is still showing unpaid. My ca no. Is[protected]. Please reply me with solution asap. Now its 5th day after payment & my bill is still unpaid showing on bses website & on other payment sites.
