Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Issue in withdraw money from Freecharge for more than 34 Days | |||||
I am ravi sundaram, my registered email id [protected]@rediffmail.com. I have added rs.20, 000 in my freecharge wallet on 03 feb 2017 (Transaction id oc-[protected][protected], fri feb 03 2017, 9:41:20 am) from my credit card account. For emergency purpose, i tried to transfer this amount to my bank account, but if i go to withdrawn money to bank, it is showing "you cannot withdraw any amount to bank as of now. Why?" (Now more than 34 days over). I made several followup with freecharge from last one month but not able to find any solution after contacting care @ freecharge.com. Everytime they raised the ticket # 1149717,[protected], 1196023 & 1219173, but not solve my issue till now. Please return my amount to the original payment mode of my credit card.
