[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — jio recharge stuck in processing | |||||
On 9 november 2017 i recharged to my jio number through freecharge using sbi debit card. The amount 499 has been deducted from my account but i didn't get recharge. Within 3 hours recharge amount should be refunded but i didn't get that. Still recharge is under processing. Nov 10, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved They refunded my money...but they should make their customer care service more reliable...no proper toll free no. to contact in case of any problem...late problem resolving ..But most importantly they should work on A toll free customer care ..which will make easier to customer to express their problem to them...nothing else..btw..thanks to freecharge..for refunding my money...
