[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — misleading recharge plan details | |
I have recharged my Tata Docomo no using freecharge app. In that app offer was mentioned as recharge with Rs.88 and get 250min/day 100sms/day and 2GB data but I received only 2GB data.When I contact customer care of docomo it says there is no such offer. This is misleading from your app.Freecharge mentioned wrong plan details and cheated customer

Please proceed for the refund. Though my recharge is successful, i got wrong plan benefit. You are providing 50% refund, I m satisfied with it. For Remaining amount I will contact my service provider. Its also their fault.
