Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Money debited from freecharge but not processed at partner site | |||
Dear Sir, I was trying to purchase a bluetooth headset from EBAY, I filled all the details and proceed to pay through my freecharge wallet though the money got deducted from FREECHARGE wallet but the order did not placed at EBAY. Now when I am calling EBAY people they are saying that our paisapay team has verified that amount does not reach to our paisapay account and money is with freecharge. When I am sending a email to freecharge the pregenerated email comes which says 'We are internally discussing and we will get back to you shortly'. Its almost 15 days and several follow ups have been taken but EBAY and FREECHARGE both are not responding properly, Please help me. Regards Navita Was this information helpful? | |||
