Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Money debited from freecharge but not processed at partner site

Dear Sir,

I was trying to purchase a bluetooth headset from EBAY, I filled all the details and proceed to pay through my freecharge wallet though the money got deducted from FREECHARGE wallet but the order did not placed at EBAY.

Now when I am calling EBAY people they are saying that our paisapay team has verified that amount does not reach to our paisapay account and money is with freecharge.

When I am sending a email to freecharge the pregenerated email comes which says 'We are internally discussing and we will get back to you shortly'.

Its almost 15 days and several follow ups have been taken but EBAY and FREECHARGE both are not responding properly, Please help me.

Dear Ebay Team,

I have already contacted you people, I had word with your team Managers, Kishore Pandit, Mr Senthil, Ms Prinkya, Jitendra every one is just telling that we have forwarded your complaint to the relevant department thats it there is no action yet.

I am literally fedup of all this things yaar shame on you from last 20 days I am taking follow ups.

If you can do then please tell me or else ill have to file this in consumer court now.

You are not at all taking any initiative, your people never contact customer after 48 hours also.

There are 2 transaction of yours done on ebay both the ref numbers are below, for which I haven't received refund.

Will you guys going to refund my money back or not?

Please note that we had done payment to Tata Sky (DTH [protected]) in which Transaction Failed!!!

Amount : Rs. 4000/-

I contacted freecharge team today one of the representative Mr Arnav told that refund is not initiated from EBAY yet.

Can you take this with ebay and process the same for both the transaction.
