[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — money deducted but electricity bill not paid | |
Hi, I made a transaction to pay my electricity bill on 12 Nov, 2018. Freecharge deducted 2014.00 INR from my bank account and my electricity bill is still unpaid. FC Transaction ID FCEW[protected] I contacted JVVNL and they told me that they didn't received any money from freecharge. I contacted 3-4 times to freecharge customer care for this and they people always replying with a robotic answer. Now my bill payment date is expired and i have to pay fine along with the bill payment to JVVNL. Please let me know how can i get my money back from freecharge. In case the payment is not updated in this billing cycle, the same should be updated in your next bill. We request you to wait till the next bill gets generated and revert with the latest bill copy in case the amount doesn’t reflect even in next bill.
