[Resolved]  Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — money not refunded despite transaction being not successful

I made a recharge of rs.99/- on my bsnl no on the 22nd of september 2018 at free charge at 11:22 a. M. The transaction was not successful and the status showed as processing. My transaction id is fcva[protected]. On informing freecharge about this, they said that if the recharge is not successful, they would refund my money in 3 hours. They did not. I got in touch with them again where they informed that sometimes it takes upto 48 hours for operator confirmation. If that does not happen, then they would refund my money. 60 hours have passed. Neither has the transaction been successful nor has my money been refunded. They now say that they need 2 more working days to resolve the issue. So that amounts to a total of 96 hours from their original promise of three hours. Despite repeated requests over facebook messenger and emails, nothing has been done. I have been cheated. I want my hard earned money back

We regret the delay of your recent transaction.

As per our records transaction for recharge of the number [protected] is under process against operator ID FCVA[protected]. However, we will validate the transaction with the operator, which may take up to 2 working days.

Note: Once the transaction gets initiated we cannot cancel or refund any of the transaction as it is not under our control.

I am sorry to say so but I was mislaid and misinformed from the beginning. At first the timeline was 3 hours, then 48 hours and now 2 more working days. This is stretching on and on. Please refund my money, that is all I want
