[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — money refund and account block | |||
I have created account in freecharge and loaded money but after 3-4 days later they suspended my account. I was not able to make login. When i complaint to them then they didn't respond i wrote 4-5 time they they said you account is suspicious send your photo id. I have sent 3 different photo ids but all the time they replied we are not able to view your id. I have sent them with. Jepg,. Jpg,. Pdf also pasted passport on mail but they are not replying. I asked them to refund my money i don't want your freecharge account but no response. I have all mail conversation with complaint id. .
