[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — not able to transfer refund to bank | |
Hi, This is Rizwan here. I have made a payment through freecharge(from debit card) to 1 mg for my order. Later on I cancelled my order. The refund was directly credited to my freecharge account and not in my bank account. I spoke to Mr Matin on Freecharge CUSTOMER CARE and asked to refund my balance to my bank account. Then they said it is not transferable to bank, you have to use on freecharge!!! Such ### policy by freecharge. This is my money that was refundable not even it was a cashback money and they are asking to use on freecharge. Worst policy ever seen in my life. No any other apps are doing these sit like freecharge is doing. Was this information helpful? | |
