I attempt to withdraw rs.620.00 into my bank account xxxxxxxxxxxx9111 on dated sat, feb 11, 2017. But till date i haven't received my money.

Freecharge team are not responding on emails ([protected]@freecharge.in) or its number like[protected] and +[protected]

Kindly do the needful

As per our records, we see that you have initiated a refund of Rs.620.0 to your bank account on 11/02/2017.

The normal turnaround time for the amount withdrawal to reflect in your bank account is 5 to 7 bank working days. We request you to check the same after 5 to 7 bank working days from the date of withdrawal.

MY 300 RUPEES IS DEBITED FROM BY BANK ACCOUNT WHICH IS FAILED DURING ELECTRICITY BILL PAYMENT AND TELLING ME YOUR AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDING WITHIN 5-7 WORKING DAYS.
BUT 7 DAYS GONE AND MY AMOUNT IS NOT REFUNDED.
Please take action against this cheater Service.
And take big amount fine...

I have added Rs.10000 on 03-Feb-17, today is 16-Feb-17, but when I want to withdraw money the message shows, ‘You cannot withdraw any amount as of now’. As per rule any money added can be withdrawn to bank after 2 days of adding

Although 13 days passed but I cannot withdraw my money, Please take necessary action so that i can get my money back.
So this issue was resolved ?
First tinkling of good news today.
Why was there a delay any info regarding this from freecharge?
