Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — not refunded payment

I had ordered medicines on medlife and paid rs.1185 through freecharge on july 17th but my transaction had been failed. As per instruction, i didn't receive payment within 10 days in my respective bank so i had contacted to customer's support. They had told me that the payment was refunded. But i still not received my payment in my respective bank.
