[Resolved]  Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Not refunding the amount to its source card

I added 17000rs from a customer without knowing the 45 days hold, hence I wasn't able to withdraw it to my bank.
I needed to return this amount to the customer's card so that he can pay me in cash.
Now FreeCharge customer service is disappointing me with the same reply to me to wait for 45 days.
In every email they are misguiding me.
Please help.

Team FreeCharge, I am not asking you to transfer the money into my bank or anywhere else, I requested you 6 times in these 8 days, JUST TO REVERSE THE TRANSACTION, Simply refund the money on the source card, Thats all and you are trying to fool me by misguiding in all the reply of my support email. If not solved soon, I will have to take help from the appropriate authorities under the guaranteed justice system of India.
Kindly help.

My friend has transfered 5000 rupees to my free charge wallet by mistake. And now I want to transfer that money to my wallet but this fraud company saying that, u have to wait for 45 days. Please I want my money in 2 days. Give my money back and disable my Acount. I don't want to use freecharge again.
