I have recharge my umber with promo code I am getting cash back in my wallet my account has been suspended. what can I do operator ref; [protected] my mobile number is [protected] this website is useless for claiming my cash back I am created my account just 3 days ago it got suspended it is the worst website I have seen.

Money refund of Rs.749.01 from freecharge wallet on 27 June 2019, 5:02 PM, through payment gateway ID [protected] doesn't deposit till now to my sbi account [protected], IFSC NO. SBIN0000008

I had done a transaction of Rs.1185 on July 17th, but its failed. And I still not get my payment back.
