On 21st march 2020 recharge tata sky dth with 3072 after otp confirmation amount deducted from my account and freecharge show recharge pending after that failed. No customer support on application so tweet on tweeter then they give a mail id. I have mailed all details. Freecharge repailed that amount not credited in freecharge account so i have to confirm with bank. Icici bank sent all details and rrn number clearly mentioned that amount is with freecharge.
