Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — recharge stuck from 3 days and money deducted

I did a recharge on 7th of inr 399 for my jio prepaid no. Transaction id fcva[protected] at 8:52 pm. The recharge has been showimg processing since then. I tried to contact freecharge customer care. First of all they are too slow to respond. They replied only once and said that the recharge is still stuck at operator end. But their site shows if the recharge is not successful within 3 hours they will refund the money. U really dont know what to do. My money is also stuck with them. Plz help

Did u get the refund? Same thing happened to be on the recharge of Jio 399.Its been a week still I didn't get the refund
