[Resolved]  Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Refund for Tinmen transaction via Freecharge.

I paid for tinmen (food service company) via freecharge through debit card.
I initiated refund on 15th february and got a message from freecharge about refund initiated.
It was not been reflected in my bank account. I have raised multiple complaints via email and facebook. Facebook team was responsive but asked to respond via email and emails were not responsive. I have sent my bank statement as asked to their ticket and yet no response.

Normal turnaround time for the amount to be credited to your bank account is 5-7 bank working days. Since the amount has been debited from your bank account, please contact your bank with regards to this transaction with the reference number 74678447047717047561181.

You can use this email as a reference for the funds not received by the merchant.
