[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Refund Not received after 2weeks | |||||
Sir/Madam, I am Sourav Banerjee. Recently I faced some problems while using freecharge wallet. I have mentioned them serially. No. 1 : On 9th January 2017 I tried to pay on E-bay an amount of Rs. 345/- using freecharge wallet. On that page transaction failed but the amount was deducted from my wallet. Immediately I logged a complain at [protected]@freecharge.in. On same the day a reply came with a ticket number 816542. It has been 10 days since I registered the complain. On that mail it was also written that someone from freecharge will respond within 24 to 48hrs. But I didn't get any feedback. No. 2 : A refund of Rs. 245/- was cleared from E-bay on 10th January. I called the customer care of E-bay, they informed me this and gave me a reference number that is HFRW[protected] . But the amount is not showing in my wallet balance. This is my humble request to you, Please help me to solve these problems. I have been using freecharge for a long time, never had such issues before. You can contact me at [protected] / [protected].
