[Resolved]  Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Refund not received

I have not received my refund of amount 3, 027.08(minus cashback) of my eBay order. eBay initiated it on 5th January 2017 and said it would take maximum 7 days, its been 2 weeks and nothing has been refunded to my account. Please solve this issue. I have sent them many emails and they did absolutely nothing to resolve it and now they are not even replying it.
Here are the details about the transaction given to me by eBay about the refund.
Ref number: HFRW[protected]
Auth Id : [protected]
Amount- 3127.08/-
The amount paid is Rs.3127.08, which I got a cashback of rs 100. so i think the refund amount should be Rs.3027.08
Resolve this issue ASAP.
