[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — reversing my money to card | |||
Hello, Greetings of the day! Please understand my case. I have purchased a product from purplle of rs7551/- from my credit card by using your portal for an additional cashback but some how product has been reversed to vendor and total amount is being reversed by vendor and same should go automatically to my card (Original source of payment) but freeharge hold the money without my authorisation and looking forward to withdrawal by me with an additional charge. This is not good business ethics so please look into the matter and reverse/refund the amount to my credit card. I am looking forward for your help so treat this as an urgent. The said amount is not deposited in mobile no. [protected] but Rs. 395/-is debited from the account. Kindly consider the the matter as soon as possible.
I recharged for sundth for rs.578, but amount is debited not recharged. Please solve this issue it's already 2 hours over.

I already sent an email to reverse my amount to my card. Please check attached file for your reference.
No one has replied to my email and weird part is that grievance officer not even acknowledged it. I also replied to the officer who took this as a withdrawal case but no luck.
Please check do the needful on an urgent basis and credit amount to my card
