On 10 november 2017 i recharged to my jio number through freecharge using sbi debit card. The amount 499 has been deducted from my account but i didn't get recharge. Still recharge is under processing. I tried contacting free charge care but the customer care was very slow to respond. And the reply came as the transaction has been stuck at operator's end.
