[Resolved]  Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — videocon d2h recharge is not done but payment debited from my a/c

I made online payment through freecharge.in for videocon d2h recharge amounting to rs.160/- and the amount has been debited immediately in my account by lvb retail internet banking order id fcdw [protected]. After that i received sms from freecharge that your payment of rs.160 fir videocon d2h is not complete. "we have saved your details. Click https://payfc.in/dcbZKa5vto complete your payment". According i did the same according to their instruction but regret or there is no response received. Please looks the matter & try to the amount reverse credit to my lvb a/c immediately.

It seems like your transaction was failed at the operator end and the amount has been auto-refunded to your bank on[protected].

The normal turnaround time for the refund amount to reflect in your bank account is 5 to 7 bank working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and national holidays). Some nationalized banks may take more time than the conventional time to credit the amount.

I have paid the amount 52 rupees for the recharge of BSNL SMS pack through net banking but i didn't receive my recharge but my account balance was debited
