I registered for FreeCharge Go MasterCard, and did my first transaction @ amazon to buy books with Order #[protected], Placed on Saturday, January 23, 2016. It failed. and order got cancelled. But the money 421 Rs got debited from my freecharge account. Please check below from my transaction history, AMAZON SELLER SERVICES BANGALORE IND 242466HDFC[protected], Sat Jan 23 2016, 12:18:08 AM I have contacted amazon and they said they can't help me as the payment is not done. The order got cancelled now. I emailed freecharge @ their email address ([protected]@freecharge.in) for 3-4 times but they did not respond. Same problem is with me, they are not responding to any mails. Other websites like paytm, mobikwik at least reply with a justified solution within a given TAT. Freecharge has no support at all, neither by email nor by call...
