Freecharge.in / Accelyst Solutions — Money deducted from account but transaction still not completed

I performed my transaction on 14 april 2016 for rs. 75 and still it isnt completed(Showing pending).I mailed on [protected]@freecharge.In 4-5 times and every time i just get a mail issuing me a ticket no. For my problem but still its not been resolved.I requset you to fix the problem asap because its almost more than 72 hours past i performed my transaction.
