Order ID 221447 placed on website on 08.10.2022. Order is not yet delivered. When inquired on contact center replied stating order is not dispatched and have some technical issues. Also the CSR stated that order will be dispatched in a day. Today (20.10.2022) there is no response from contact center, call is continuously in queue since more than 20 mins....

I placed order for the product "Men's Anti-Bacterial Micro Modal Printed With Plain Brief (Pack of 5)-Free Duffle Bag × 1" on freecultr.com on 20 Aug 2022. Still the product isn't delivered to me and they confirmed it as delivered over email and courier tracking. I am trying to contact their customer care they are not at all responding. Seems they are running an online scam....

I have been mailing since receiving and the barcode info also was send. Still no response...

I have ordered few items from Freecultr.com, on 14.06.2022 (order no. - [81786]) and made online payment of Rs. 2374/-

They claimed to deliver the product within 8 working days. Its been more than 27 working days now, but still the product is not yet delivered.

I have wrote 5-6 mails, but all except of assurance, I have not got anything.

If you are unable to deliver, pls. do not accept the order/payments....
