They told me that the job is very easy and experience is not required. So, i agreed the asked me to sign to login i did sign but that sign was fake as i wasn't sure about them. They did ask for a picture of my adhar and sent me the link. I started the job but now my father has met an accident and i have to be with family now. When i told them about the problem they are threatening me to pay 6000 rs or they will sue me and when i asked for an extention they are telling me to pay money or they will sue me. That company is fake and even the website is fake. And the person who called me for the job is not picking up my phone. He is not helping at all. They never sent me an agreement nor i signed any documents. It was just an online information sharing. Please help Was this information helpful? | |

This company gives me task to fill 700 form in 7 days i will complete all my task in specific time they have to pay me 35 per form but now they mail me and give me threat give us 6000 rupees otherwise they do some legal action. Please focus on my complaint

मुझे भी ई लोग पहले फोन कर के जॉब दिया। फिर डॉक्यूमेंट लिए और उसके बाद यूजर आईडी दिए।तभी तक सिर्फ यही बोला की आपको 700/700 काम पूरा करना है। 7 दिन में। और मेरा एक दिन बढ़ने का चार्ज 1000 भी लिया।जब हम पूरा काम कंप्लीट कर के दे दिया तब।5 दिन बाद काल और ईमेल आता है।की आपको 6000 पेनल्टी देना होगा।आप 90% काम नहीं पूरा हुआ है।आपका बहुत गलत है।नहीं तो आपके ऊपर लीगल एक्ट के तहत कोर्ट में केस होगा। जब हम बोले सिर आइसा कोई एग्रीमेंट ही नहीं था।तो बोला हम नहीं जानते हम वकील है।हम सूरत कोर्ट में केस कर रहे है।मै डर गया।बोला ठीक है। हम 6००० भेज देते है।जब 6000 भेज दिए तो बोला।आपके ऊपर कंप्लेन हो चुका है। आपको अब वकील कर के केस लरन पड़ेगा ।नहीं तो 3बजे तक टाइम है।5400 भेज दो ।तब हम केस वापस लेंगे।मै डर गया था।फिर मैंने 5400 भेज दिए ।पूरा 11400 लिए तब noc दिए है। सर एनलोग पे कोई करवाए की जाए।एक तो 10 घंटा काम करो डेली ऊपर से गलत बता के और कोर्ट मै केस कर के वकील से मिल कर पैसा टखता है।
