Freshersworld.com — payment issue

Hi i did a payment for ₹.600 to upgrade to premium account using paytm in your website. The money got deducted, but i’m still a normal user and not a premium one. My id is [protected]@gmail.com
Please help me in this regard.
When i try to call you guys it’s either switched off or wrong number.
Seriously didn’t expect this from you guys
