Fm[protected] order cancelled by freshmenu 5 mins before sceduled delivery time without prior notice indicating item out of stock for order placed 5 hrs ago It was a really bad experience placing my first order with fresh menu as i had placed a pre order early morning and have been informed 5 minutes before the order delivery time that the order is cancelled due to going out of stock, how can u guys take a pre order and then say that the item is out of stock and initimate me 5 minutes prior delivery schedule time. Also i had called around 10.30 am to modify the delivery and why did u not inform me then i would have made alternative arrangements accordingly. Now due to this i had to stay hungry during my scheduled break time. Also i had placed the order using coupon code grab30 which i am unable to use anymore and also cannot avail the amazon pay cash back offer for first time users. Moreover the amazon pay balance you credited is still not reflecting on my amazon pay balance for me to place a fresh order. Was this information helpful? | |||||
