Dear sir/mam My name is sukh dev singh belongs to himachal pradesh. 7th june 2019 ko mere pas frontech company maharashtra se call aya job ke liye.. Aur unhone mujhe thoda bhot kaam ke baare mein btaya, then mujhse mera email id mobile no and id proof manga gya. Uske baad unhone bola k aapko demo work dikhaya jaega, but bina kisi demo work ke ek fake agreement pe mere sign le liye. Uske baad usi girl ka tithi shah, jisne pehle apna name monika btaya tha ([protected]@gmail.com) ka phone aya nd boli k aapko confirmation call ayegi aapne unse kuch nhi puchna hai jo bhi baat krni hogi mujhse kr lena. Then main sirf sunta gya. Nd unhone us agreement ki ek soft copy mere pas send ki, jo abhi bhi mere pas hai, nd agreement software delete krne ko bola. Maine unko pehle hi bola tha k main ye work abhi nahin krna chahta phir bhi mujhe work de diya. Ab mujhse form complete nhi hue because of is site mein bhot errors aate hain, nd main already ek job krta hoon. Ab 10 din complete hone par mujhe company se koi call nahin aya bs ek ashok desai ka call aya jo mujhe ₹4500 ki demand krne lga. Work ke beech mein he ek typing work ka call aya, nd i'm sure ye bhi inke hi department se hogi, main subah se shaam tak baithkar bhi sirf 200-250 form fill kr pata tha but usne sirf 45 minutes mein poore 500 form fill kr diye. Inke chakkar men padkar main already ₹3000 ka loss kra chuka hoon ab inka ye advocate ashok desai (Desaiashok. [protected]@gmail.com) mujhse ₹4500 ki demand kr rha hai. Sir koi bhi agreement hone se pehle he uske paper court mein kaise issue ho sakte hain. Yeh stamp paper 2018 ka hai, aur is par date march 2019 ki hai, jabki mujhe call hi june 2019 ko aya tha. Sir main chahta hoon ki meri yeh problem jaldi se solve ho.. Nd inke against koi strong action liya jaye, because of bhot saare log inke trap mein already fas chuke hain, plz sir help me Was this information helpful? | |||||

This is the same problem, that I faced today, same company, What will I do??They are blackmailing me, They said that, I didn't pay money, they will move legally
Same issue i faced today. They told 206 forms incoorect afterthat I gothrough the QC report and PDF file compared to both 72 will be the correct forms.Today itself they demanding 4500rs to pay.Its a fraud company.
guys its fake dont pay anything to them. they cant do anything they have out dated papers and they will take your identity card image and they try to threaten you, i assure you that they cant do anything dont pay them a single penny. say them to file a case on you if they can.
i myself faced this situation i have completed about 700 forms which were really tough and i have given a lot efforts but on the payment date they said me that i am below 90% and demanded me to pay 4k.
i got many doubts while doing that work credit card number was only 11 digits. then i was very strong they threatened me that you have to pay 30k then advocate calls and etc i have given them many bad words and i said them that i will file a case against them.
even tough they didnt stopped then i started ignoring them. every time they call me i and my friends make fun of them.
u guys dont worry nothing happens to you. if they took your aadhar card details then you are legally safe
supreme court has banned to ask the aadhar details.
just make fun of them and give them a lot of irritation.
