[Resolved] Fst Enterprise — Online work from home job | |||
This company is asking to work from home with captcha work with targets and they make people not to acheive targets by giving duplicated entries and not updating the work reports properly and at the end ask people to pay as charges and also they provide fake bonds in which there is no signature available. [protected]@onlineformfilling.co.in Digidoc 786 The condition they give is this If you fail to complete the work or fail to achieve accuracy than you have to pay penalty amount of 8500/- rs to company. I have already started doing data entry in Fst enterprise and they sent some decrypted epub app and I cannot complete the target with their damn server . What if they as me to pay the money, Should I pay or pls tell me what to do sir

sir.. i joined this company by signing the agreement. they are showing the wrong report about the work done and calling the clients and asking them to pay penalty of 8500 and if don’t pay and if paid the advocate is calling and asking if we want to continue again they are asking to pay 3500 some amount to quit the job and if don’t they are telling that they will take legal action and they are telling case will be filed…so what should we do who are now working for the company..so sir please take action on this issue as soon as possible

Respected sir/madam, I joined FST enterprises they are not showing license agreement and rules
First they asking to pay 399rs and then the work is going on suddenly they asking penalty 8500rs.i will pay this amount and again the advocate is calling he also asking 15500rs I will paid so what should we do sir

In the starting I have seen the job ad in the olx and kept a message iam interested starting they send a message that need to do 7000 captchas in 8days and 90% should be correct after that in the first salary they will deduct the amount of 8500/- for each correct captcha they will pay 5/- for me
So I payed the amount of 400/- vaya Paytm then they said me that u will get an OTP please tell us it was for your mobile verification and taken aadhar card image also.
Later they send me the agreement in mail in that agreement it was mentioned that have to do the 11months and I texted thm I called thm I wnt do they said I have to pay 8500 if fail e phone other wise have to face the legal conceqnce I asked I didn't sign the agreement so how can you say that I accepted your agreement they are saying that the OTP verification is the digital signature acceptance
So I have done ok let's do, the work why to pay lets see what will happen, I have done more than 7000 captchas but the report was not showing I called the help line from there they are saying do it continuously it will stop when 7000 will be completed i have taken 6700 screen shots in the starting 3000 I have done I have not taken screen shot of them
And aftr 8 days even tough I complete work with all the proofs Bt still they didn't show me any report and now they r calling me askng me to pay 8500+1600+150 1600for Noc n 150for courier they are saying that you have to pay the 10250/- other wise u will have to face the consequences and they r sending fake msgs as we filed legal complaint against u like this I'll attach the pictures below.
Later again they called n said we have 2 methods to solve the prog one with legal procedure in Maharashtra court which I have to pay 1, 50, 000 for the company or with out legal I should pay 18, 900. I said I wnt n if I dnt they Wil. Go with legal terms n r sending me SMS that they filed case against me
It was purely the fraud and cheating case
